This product combined with my hormonal balance supplement, helped with night sweats and weight loss.It also helps with energy. I take vitamin K, and D, and a multi vitamin. These together work well for me.

Good product

While these pills are a bit big, this bottle has worked well for me. I like that there is a higher quantity of pills in it too. Helped to balance my hormones. This was the cheapest inositol that I found, still good quality too.

This has truly helped with my PCOS, and I love the added zinc in the capsules. You have to take 4, but it’s worth it!
