Large print and a wonderful bible, very quick snipment

This is the second Bible I've purchased from Christian Arts and it is of better quality than the first. It arrived in a clamshell box, fully shrink wrapped. It has a beautiful understated cover that is befitting for the Word of God. It has thumb indexing but not for all of the books .Because it is super giant print, the volume is larger than most personal Bibles and for older people using mobility devices, that could be a challenge unless they carried a Bible case they could wear crossbody, or perhaps read at home? The pages are thin and some may find it distracting to them, It doesn't bother me, because I'm not using it as my personal daily Bible.Highly recommend for those on a budget needing super giant print.

Very happy with this purchase. Quality is great, lays flat when opened, and giant print. Pages a little thin, but I would say it’s on par with many of the new Bibles today with page thickness. So a heavy highlighter may bleed through. There is nothing fancy about this Bible, but definitely durable! It is split column, footnotes, and comparable verses. Colored maps in back, verse finder, and thumb/finger book finder on side pages. Words of Christ in red too. The price of this Bible was excellent. If you have difficulty reading due to fine print, this 17 Font size is great! No more squinting! I’ve purchased other Bibles that say large print, but still hardly readable. I’m really glad I purchased this particular Bible. The quality itself is a great deal for the price! This Bible is slightly larger and heavier than the average Bible, but this is due to the larger size print. This shipped quickly and well packaged.

Holy Bible: KJV Super Giant Print Thumb Index Edition: Burgundy (King James Bible)I read my Bible a lot and at night when my eyes are tired they will get blurry even when using my glasses. The font size in this Bible is PERFECT for me and I will cherish this Bible.Pros:Large 17 point font size. I was looking for 18 but elected to go with this Bible since the price was reasonable and not much difference between 17 and 18 font size.Thumb-indexed so I won't be adding Bible Tabs to this Bible.Lays flat no matter what book in the Bible you turn to.The cover is VERY Pretty and flexible and the color is "rich looking."Cons:Maybe heavy and larger in size than most people are looking for BUT considering the extra-large font size, this was expected. This is not a negative factor for me personally but it may be for some buyers.Dimensions are in the description but just in case:Top to bottom: 10.5"; left to right 7.5"; thickness when closed 1.5"Size when open and laying flat is 16" from left to right.There is little to no room for extensive note taking as the margins are very small. Again, this is not an issue for me as I have a work-study Bible I use for study and note-taking. I intend to keep this by my bedside to use when my eyes are tired and I just want to read.TO BE DETERMINED WITH USE:Pages are not hand-sewn (that I can actually see) which was expected with the price of this item. I will see how the pages hold up to use. Since I won’t be using this item as much as I use my study Bible, I’m hoping this won’t be an issue for me.My first impression is a good one. So far I am very pleased with this item!

This is truly a beautiful Bible and I am thankful to have it as I can’t read my personal Bible anymore that I’ve had since I was aChild. The only thing I am concerned about with this Bible is the only thing I’m really concerned about is the pages are very very thin. I am really worried that I might turn the page too quickly roughly and it tear.This would make a great gift for yourself or another regardless, as it’s very beautiful and easy to read.Maybe the creator will see our r?eviews and take steps to use thicker pages.
