Add bands to your ice rods.
Ok, I know this isnt the purpose of this tool but I bought it and use it for adding bands onto ice fishing rods. Those bands can be very hard to stretch but this tool had allowed me to quickly and easily stretch the bands and connect rods and reels together.

This thing is huge and too big to be used for holding a balloon open so I can stuff it. Need something smaller.
