I’ve never used these type before but they are strong colors , mix well , opaque creamy and enjoyable to work with. Worth the money .

Beautifully creamy and dreamy saturated colors that are easy to make transparent as any high end watercolor brand. Very very easy to wet and use I highly suggest not dipping your paint brush into one color and then directly into another one like some people do with panned watercolors. This will make your colors mix and quickly because of how easy they are to re wet and activate..so just pick up one color, set in elsewhere for mixing, like your pallet or a piece of plastic, then rinse your brush and pick up your next color and so on and so forth. Really loving these can't wait to try more! Highly recommend for beginners and professionals. The Japanese always make high quality, aesthetically pleasing and fun to use products. Be is pottery or paints. Love it! ♡

I really like these pastel colors of kuretake opaque watercolors. They layer beautifully, and are so fun to use in my paintings. These sets go a long way! The variation in colors from my other kuretake sets is wonderful. These are vibrant and suit my artwork so well. Would highly recommend. Got mine on sale, and it was very worth the $15.

The paints are beautifully colored and the price was lower than I expected. I haven’t used them yet but I’m sure they’ll work well.

These are easy to use. I used for painting spring and summer florals. They are almost a pastel.

This was the first set of Kuretake paints I've purchased and I really like the colour selections. These are NOT your traditional watercolour paints - they are not as transparent as regular watercolours. They are more OPAQUE but not as opaque as gouache. You can layer over the last to build up more opaqueness but it is not gouache. It is kind of between watercolours and gouache. They mix well and I'd purchase Kuretake paints again.

I had the 36 set and was missing these colours from their 48 set. I am really happy with these colours. They work with the other colours so we'll.....It is slightly different to normal watercolours. Lot more opaque, works individually rather than mixing them. The colours are very vibrant and stays vibrant. Works well with other watercolours.Definitely have enjoyed using them and would recommend them.

Le prix est assez élevé pour cette palette, toutefois les godets sont assez larges, la texture de cette aquarelle est superbe. Un mélange de gouache et aquarelle. Utilisée peu diluée l’aspect apparaît bien couvrant et légèrement brillant, et diluée elle donne des teintes douces et pastels. Je suis ravie de cet achat, je l’ai complété rapidement avec une palette plus grande et des coloris différents. Je suis agréablement surprise de la texture et du rendu.

顔彩だから、薄く色づきます。優しく重ねていくのですが、こちらは風景画にあてた色合いのもの。また、パレットが彩筆がしっかり入り込む大きさなので、水を入れて溶かすことが簡単です。私は水を筆に入れることのできる水筆を試しましたが、かなり楽でした。ただ、柔らかな色づきを求めるのであれば、水筆は合いません。
