Could be better
Like how comfortable this is when in use however i would recommend finding one that has a high resistance setting. This is perfect for beginners but will not last long after muscles have built up and legs have become stronger.

Easy to assemble and to use. This is versatile exercise equipment. Pelvic floor, abs, thighs.
I put this together in a few seconds. You have a screw to use, either tightened or loosened, to get the resistance you want to get the desired results. The videos on this product page show how to use these (in general ways), though you can use them for more than just exercise. It can help you release tension too. I got the gray color because others offered only goofy colors, and as it is, this is taking up some space.Along with a few other strength and stretch exercise band setups, I want them to look discreet in my tiny room in a small home. I have a divider with all my storage behind it. That takes up at least 1/4 of my total floor space.After many years these items are still on the market because buyers have found them helpful/useful. I go on YouTube and see demos of people showing how they get their exercises using these. I think it is easy to get decent results if you use this regularly. If you are out of shape, you will be surprised where you will feel the burn.Great deal! Enjoy!

No tension, even with a “tension knob”
The tension knob brought the tension level from 0 to 2 out of 10. My basic cheap model without the knob had way more tension than this.

Uncomfortable..Badly Engineered
Causes pain and discomfort. The parts attacking to your inner thighs are identical copies. They should mirror images but they are not/as one part for left and one part for right inner thigh. Result is pure discomofort. I don't recommend the purchase.
