This is one of my go-to spices when cooking! I cut up sweet potatoes, butternut or pumpkin, sprinkle merquen over them with a of sea salt and then toss in a ziplock with some olive oil. A few hours later, I roast them and the flavor is wonderful. So many ways to use; so glad I bought three at a time!
