No skin irritation, clasp is great, shiny, looks great thr only thing that I would say isn’t great about this product is in between the links thr gold plating starts to wear down but not a big problem because it is not noticeable unless your looking for wear

Well, either they can't measure or they're stretching a penny because mine was 19in and I had bought it to match an existing 20in chain which it is actually much shorter than... Guess ya get what you pay for and I could have just used the money to have my real 10k gold chain repaired instead of buying a cheap temporary replacement

Beautiful. Quite a thick masculine chain which feels nice and heavy and great to wear. Lovely present for someone. Presented in a beautiful gift box, would be a lovely treat for anyone regardless of gender. I wear this a lot.

I love wearing gold and have been looking for a medium length gold chain necklace thats just a bit chunkier than your standard female gold necklace with tiny chains. This definitely has a more masculine feel as the chain links look a bit more square, and at 4mm in width it is sold, but when layered with other gold necklaces, i think it looks cute and feminine. (also helps that its a bit masculine looking so I can get my husband to wear it when I want to dress him up a little :P) Its also very durable and doesnt itch like some other gold plated necklaces I own, I've worn it to the gym, sweated in it, showered in it, sprayed perfume on it etc.. and still hasnt tarnished or reduced its shine. It helps that the chains are bigger and the clasp is sturdy so my hair doesnt get caught in it at the back of my neck (which im sure many of women have experienced in the past!) Overall, great purchase and good value for money, unlike the cheap gold necklaces you get at H&M and similar.

This chain is supplied in a gift box and is made from stainless steel. The chain is 4mm wide and 20 inches in length with a silver finish plated with 18k gold vacuum plating and hangs quite high on the neck. My son was very pleased with it though and now seems to wear it all the time. It looks rather impressive and is well finished with no rough edges or dodgy links. The lobster clasp is secure, works well although was a bit fiddly at first and the chain lies flat when being worn. It is a good thickness and looks far more expensive that it is. This chain is ideal for occasional use and is great value looking like a stylish solid silver chain at a fraction of the cost at less than £14

I have been wearing this necklace for a month now and am honestly surprised by the quality. There is no sign of wear on the main chain of the necklace despite wearing this all day every day, exercising, showering, sleeping, moisturising, etc. The plating is still in pristine condition and has a brilliant shine to it. I was skeptical at first on whether this was gold-plated or not, but I can't see it being anything else given how it holds the shine. There is slight wear on the hoops near the clasp as seen in the picture, but this is negligible. There is also a lack of gold plating underneath each link which was the same when I got the necklace. This hasn't changed or increased in size during use so I imagine it is harmless. It isn't visible when you wear it either way. Overall, really pleased with this necklace. It comes in a plastic bag inside a nice blue giftbox as seen in the photo. Unecessary use of plastic, but the box is definitely giftable in my opinion. For the price (£17.99 at time of review), I definitely recommend this necklace.

My daughter was looking for a replacement chain for a pendant, so I ordered this to see if it was suitable... It was not, the style of the chain does not fit having a pendent attached due to its thickness and she really requires a chain that is more dainty... ...However, she and I are highly impressed with the chains craftmanship and she has decided she will gift it to a close male friend this Xmas. I have to agree as I wear a gold chain of similar style and I would be more than happy to recieve this as a gift and wear it, this is a beautifully made chain. The clasp is extremely well made and looks to be very durable and if the materials stand up to their description, there will be no issue with tarnishing or allergic reation from the metal. I would happily pay the money for this.
