I loved the concept, but it was too small for me. I'm not particularly a tall guy at 5'11", but even sitting it on the tray table I couldn't comfortably rest my face on it. Maybe it works for smaller people. Too bad I missed the return deadline due to my travels :(

Looked like a good idea, but.....1. It has a strong plastic smell that's very nauseating. I left it out several days before my trip to air out, but the plastic smell was so strong it persisted.2. The dang thing completely deflated into a pancake while on my 8 + hour flight. This happened more than once. I inflated it several times but it would not hold air.This is being returned as soon as I get back from traveling.

I tried to air the item out for 5 days outside and even did a lengthy air fluff cycle in the dryer to try to get rid of the smell. It did not work and the item still smelled of chemicals. Although I usually do not mind chemical smells, since you are putting your face in this item, the smell is something that you cannot ignore.For your reference, I am 5'4 and 115 pounds. I fly at least 10-15 times a year, many of them lasting 10-16 hours.I thought the item would be perfect for putting on the front tray table. Unfortunately, when the item is inflated the bottom part pooches out significantly with air (you can see it in their stock photo), making the item too high for someone of my stature. I had to put it on my lap, which limited the circulation to my lower legs after 1-2 hours of sleeping.The face rest is small and not as comfortable as I would have imagined. However, I have been told that I have a big face.

Pillow not as comfortable as the other travel pillows I bought - the trtl and cozzy. Your face gets marks on it. Plus, I was charged shipping to return it even though I'm a prime member.

Not comfortable in its intended position, not big enough for a 6ft person. Would rather use a regular pillow or even a beach ball.

Like other reviews here, it needs to be taller. I'm 5'7 and it still felt uncomfortable. I also notice that unless you have it against a stable object (like the airplane side) it'll amplify movements on an airplane. Think bobble head. I actually ended up using it backwards to keep my head up against my seat and found it more stable and comfortable. Kinda like a door shimmy against my face. Too bad because I really liked the concept.

This thing is pretty small - maybe you have to be on the plane to experience its usefulness. Biggest thing is it leaks air and it stinks pretty badly. I'm sure that if I were to keep it the smell would dissipate in four months before I fly but air leaking? The other thing is before the seam split the compartments did not blow up evenly.

I bought the product back in February and took it on 2 trips. I tried to use it for the 3 trip and it would not retain air and upon close inspection it had developed a leak along the lining. I tried to fill it up again to see if it could still be used but the gap just increased if any pressure was applied. I had high hopes after seeing all the reviews. Wish it was more durable.
