Worst Product_ NO RETURN POLICY
Please beware before buying it this product has no return policy.This is very bad of Amazon to safegaurd a Chienese product where we are moving towards Make In India.The product I got has some scratch marks in sides and back plate. The needle is also no properly polarized magnetically. The needle dances around 10 degree even if you put on stable hand and will remain to shake for eternity.Thats why I borrowed one compass from Physics lab and found there is a difference of 5 degree tilt towards east.Usage:The North pole in all compass needle is marked Red. So all one need to do is rotate the compass till you get 0 degree or N letter in the compass.Thus 90 degree right will give East and 90 degree Left will give West. The opposite side of needle gives South.

Product received defective
The product was received yesterday - in a damaged condition.The needle of the compass is broken. Obvious to say it does not show any directions as it is broken.The needle has nearly come off from the center hold and is barely hanging in there.

Will buy a better one next time
The needle is continuously wabling or shaking.Not a stable needle.Quite big in size, was expecting something smaller.But it's also true you get what you pay for.This will fulfil my requirements temporary but will buy a better one later.

A little-shaky yet does the job
When I got it out of the box and placed it on the floor, the needle didn't stop shaking for a minute or two. Thought of assuming the middle point to mark the North. The pointer finally settled after 2-3 minutes. It is a little larger than I imagined, however, the image makes us visualise it smaller.Reasonably good except for the shaking of the needle for quite sometime once we place it on the floor.

Very good product, exceeds expectations
This turned out to be much better than I expected. For the price, I was expecting a cheap, light compass, but this was surprisingly heavy and good quality. The needle is mounted well, so it doesn't get stuck or topples. The printing on the dials etc. is also good quality.The only thing I would add to the product is a felt/rubber base, that would really make this product complete.

Not useful
As a toy you could probably buy, but then whats the use of a toy that misdirects you. Not at all useful. Its completely waste of money and time.

Best there is! For Adventurers and regular use....
The pointer kind of wobbles sometimes, but the compass shows accurate directions most of the time. I have compared it with 4 different compasses of different companies and this one worked just fine. Must buy. It's body is also metallic and it feels sturdy in the hands.

It is very large to be carry anywhere and it's get broken after only 5 days :-( AND IT IS MADE IN CHINA

Basic grade compass
If observed carefully one will notice that the dial is not perfectly calibrated. One may notice that N and S are not exactly opposite to each other. Build quality is ok. Cannot read easily in a moving environment.

Product doesn't function
I ordered 3 pieces for my kids. Not even one is functioning. The needle was seperated from the fulcrum and I couldn't put it inside the pin. What a waste of money

Compact size. Accuracy is not good and not bad. Can be used for hobby camping

not recommend for travelling
This compass is little bit heavy and does not have oil inside so the magnetic needle vibrates to much just by touching it,this compass is just to show in school projects or learning about magnetism and how it works, not recommend for travelling.
