LOVE IT, butt there's a warning.
Seriously LOVE my cozy pony. at first I wasn't sure about it, then I sat on it through class, and my butt thanked me. Warning: if you use it in your car, be careful because it might freeze, and it's really hard on your toosh when you sit down on it, so let it thaw out first.

I have an extra vertebrae, so my tailbone hurts when I sit. This cushion is the best I've tried! No pain and can sit for hours.

Works for sciatica
I was advised to get this pillow for sciatica by a healthcare worker. I had had a painful couple of months with scistica and had to have my back injected. After I bought the pillow, I drove on s 500-mile trip and had no sciatica pain at all. I use it all the time in the car. Amazing! I will not be without it.

Very uncomfortable
Bought this for husband and it hit the back of his knees and was very uncomfortable.. Donated it to a charitable organization in hopes someone else could use it and benefit from it.
