Traditional Wooden Flute Great Sound Woodwind Musical Instrument - Gift Flute for Kids (Set of 2)

Beautifully carved and enjoyed, takes some breath work, only thing I say is my bit of an issue is that the holes are a little too big, or I'm holding it wrong with the finger placement. It sounds absolutely lovely and sweet, and I enjoyed this a lot, even if it's gonna take a little work to git gud son 😜 It's worth it, just know you gotta be pretty well off in breath work/practices. It's a nice piece of wood carved with love and I love that the most. Worth it, if you'll invest in yourself this way.

I purchased these for my kids (one is 3 and one is 11). The one for my 3 year old didn't fully work. U could blow into it (which was fine with her) but the other sound holes didn't work. The other works, just takes a little harder breath. Doesn't sound too bad. I would've sent 'em back but my kids are happy. They look beautiful. The carving are great. For the price it's okay.

It sounds good and looks pretty. My daughter complains about the smell, so I took off one star for that.

I wasn't expecting this handmade instrument to play so well. It plays almost the same as the factory-made lower-keyed Irish tin whistles. I use the exact same music and the same playing style as I do with my Irish tin whistles and the low whistles. I say that this "Indian Glance Traditional Wooden Flute" from India is appropriate for any age. I could have learned on this handmade 6-hole flute instead of on the Irish Tin Whistles manufactured in a factory. You use the breath control as you do for the low whistles. This is a satisfactory purchase and I will enjoy playing it for many years. If you play professionally, then you want the ones made in the factory.

cheap sounding. does not make music, just squeals and squeaks. when I attempted to return it, they offered me an identical "flute", no refund. I'm going to donate it to a thrift store and maybe some child can make his parents miserable.

Nice wooden flute but the sound is horrible. I bought 6 as gifts but only 2 of them make a decent sound. Holes are not aligned on a couple of them. Just seems they were trying to make them too fast.
