Though the mirror is a bit smaller than we wanted, it actually worked well because the space we had turned out to be smaller as well. This was VERY EASY to put together and gave us the option to put it over the door or on the wall. We did the door. We also had three different options to adjust the height. The look is sleek and not cheap which we worried about. I had plenty of room for most of my jewelry, a nice change from piles in a drawer. It didn't really have a good spot for my visible clip earrings but that was okay. The only reason I am giving this a four is that though it has a great magnetic door, I found that I had to unexpectedly maneuver a couple of bulky necklaces that kept the door from closing. I never found the problem but eventually, I moved jewelry around that the cabinet closed quite well. My other comment is that this was packed better than any package I have ever had delivered. Great care was taken that nothing would break. I'm happy.

The cabinet is of much better quality than I imagined
This was packaged very securely and had lots of padding to protect it during shipping. The cabinet is of much better quality than I imagined. It is made of wood and is sturdy. I may buy another one.

beautiful but belittling
The cabinet itself is beautiful visually. It’s simple classy and easy organizational for beauty accessories and needs.However, the holes on the back of the cabinet to screw the mount were not aligned properly when made, the hook mount does not lay flat, and the wood piece backing that’s in place between the back of the cabinet and the door, were sent with both wood pieces already cracked.We had to make the necessary adjustments just to assemble the metal over the door hooks to the cabinet. Then we also had to make the adjustments to the hooks and the rubber pieces so that the cabinet would hang evenly. As for the wood pieces, not sure how long that will last, so we’ll be replacing those too.4 stars for the look of the vanity0 stars for the make and distributed quality given

Issues with magnets
I bought this item a year ago and the magnets that hold the door closed no longer work.

Beautiful for the price but doesn't fit on door
While this is very nice for the price, I bought this specifically because I am living in an apartment that is low on space and I wanted an over-the-door jewelry cabinet. The hooks do not fit standard door frames. I am going to wall-mount it instead, but it is disappointing that I cannot use it as I originally intended. It does fit all of my jewelry and makeup though.
