Used to purchase the pure oil version of this but it’s too expensive and also tasted really strong. When I saw these gels and half the price, I decided to give a try. Definitely very convenient and I can take few in a pill box for traveling which I did twice in the summer. Small sized gels so easy to swallow. They do have that same strong smell but don’t bother me as much since the oil is not directly in contact with mouth and throat. I love this brand and this particular one for digestion which was first recommended by a nurse friend. It soothes my stomach if I ever experience bloating or heartburn which happens quite often to me. It’s really natural so I don’t worry about chemicals or preservatives. It’s very effective because it provides instant relief.

These gel caps. are amazing! I was suffering from IBS-C & began taking these regularly over a year ago. I immediately began feeling better. I normally take 1 in The AM & 1 before bed @ night. I will take an additional one if expiring discomfort after a rich &/or large meal. They help with heartburn, upset stomach & regularity. I combine them with 1 (in AM) Women's Care Renew Life Ultimate Flora Probiotic which also helps with maintaining a healthy biome & I haven't had any UTIs since beginning adding the probiotic. I tried the doTERRA Digest Zen Tablets & found them very strong tasting & difficult to take. Back to the Gel Caps.! These have changed my life & even through they are pricey (1 bottle every 3 weeks) I do not want to be without them. I stopped taking the Omeprazole that was prescribed to me for the IBS-C & haven't experienced the horrible upper chest burning that was a constant! These are ALL Natural Essential Oils & not damaging to my body. I tell anyone I speak to that mentions "Belly Problems" about these "Miracle in a Bottle!"

My favorite DoTerra product. It works wonders every time my stomach is a little upset. Within a short time after taking a gel cap, all the queasiness disappears. So much better than taking meds full of who knows what.
