Roma Leather Recliner Sofa with Cupholders - 3 Seater Sofa - Black (3 Seater)

I thought I had been scammed purchasing this sofa. Purchasing it was the highest amount of money I have parted with online so was already apprehensive. When I received the tracking information it said it was being delivered by Evri, that grew my suspicion even more. I knew Evri did not deliver sofas having a max weight 15kg and even if they did, they did not have a good reputation. I contacted the seller and almost immediately received a phone call. The seller was reassuring and explained the tracking was for the invoice (arrived two days later) and gave me a delivery date. 3 days later they called again to comfirm delivery for the next day. The delivery arrived at 22:40 bit late but we're in a remote location. The drivers were very friendly and quiet with it being late. We opted out of assembly due to the time and assembled it ourselves. There are no instructions but it is pretty obvious. We found it difficult to push the pins in, which, are needed for the back to slot onto the base. However, once assembled it appears very comfy, provides a lot of support and good quality (my braclet caught on the leather and did not tear the material). Considering the quality we are very pleased with the value, it looks way more expensive than it was. The cup holders are a great feature as is the easy to use recliner function. Overall very please. The sofa looks amazing in my living room. It looks like it is very expensive , the price was amazing and the quality was top notch . Iam extremely happy with this purchase and the customer service was excellent , we needed it before Saturday and the person delivered it the next day very good and sofa is extremely comfortable . The assembly of the sofa was very easy .

Lovely sofa, delivered in 3 days! Drivers who brought it were great aswell, unpacked it for 20 pounds and assembled. Can't fault for 400 pounds, no marks on it, seats nice and high and firm. Slightly narrow seats but then it's a recliner so they would be abit. Has a cup holder if you pull down middle seat back. The recliner works well. Worth the money.

Love the sofa, shame about the delivery! I live on the 2nd floor in a flat and they would not bring it up unless I gave them 20 pounds per floor and only would accept cash! Sounds a bit iffy to me so I refused and me and my son had to bring it up ourselves! If you needed to pay extra for living in a flat it should have said that when I ordered!
