This are great on the go for breakfast or in the bag for lunch. They pack well and are filling. Taste is very good.

This Nature Valley coconut biscuit bars are pretty good, I mean pretty yummy indeed! I was quite surprised over how much of a coconut flavor that it carried but it wasn't too heavy and it wasn't too light so it was right in between! It wasn't very sweet which I like not heavy in the sugar and the taste was decent you could actually feel, know and taste that it was there. I believe it is a healthier choice and it definitely will suffice for many things. The texture of it was pretty awesome as well cuz it had a crispiness as well as the decadence of what you feel in a Biscuit itself which I was quite impressed by cuz a lot of things claim to be biscuits and they're more like a cracker. The box that I receive was fresh and it was easy to open up the little pouches that came inside which I find very relieving and handy to put in your purse on the go.
