Hickory Smoke Powder

I got this while playing with sous vide style cooking. I added a little to my dry rub for some spareribs. Sealed it in a food saver bag and cooked sous vide for 72 hours. It was almost too smoky, but I'll fix that in my next batch. I also plan to use in some sausage making.

Arrived very quickly product was excellent,,I would advise using less than you think you need smoke flavor can be overpowering

A little goes a long way, but it's really good for making a dry rub. I would buy it again.
