First. Wear gloves. It really stains your hands. The color comes out orange on grey hair.

This new look is also different formula, it’s watered down and only lasts until you rinse it out the same day, doesn’t matter how many hours you leave it on as soon as you rinse it out it’s gone it does not stick to your hair, I used the old look for 26 years and never had that problem, I’m done with this new look I’ve given it 3 trys very disappointed

The color took great, but it also stain my scalp and hair line. The stain on my hair line took a week to wear off.
