I useful this product for 5 or 6 months. Didn’t see a significant improvement till now. At 66, I was beginning to think I would have to wear wigs and hair pieces the rest of my life until about a month ago. My hair dresser noticed the thickness and commented that my hair was much healthier now. I will continue to take these vitamins and see if the improvement continues. I really haven't found any difference, have been taking for at least two months, I look where there is more thin and it still looks the same. I'm 79 yrs. Old so I don't know if this makes a difference.
