So far so good. Have had it for one day. For whatever reason it came wrapped in plastic wrap and a long amount of clear tape that made it difficult to remove.The water container was confusing to remove at first. There were NO directions included. And I sat there trying to screw it off, but apparently you just pull it off. As I looked at it, trying to figure out how the water dispenser came off to fill it, I noticed only 3 of 4 screws were installed on the bottom. Er, okay.But filling the jug was simple enough, putting it on was simple enough and it worked like expected as water filled the little bowl. It's a very simple product and I appreciate that.Hopefully I won't have to edit this in the future and it will continue to work properly.

So far my kitty won't drink from it - something new, so we'll be patient. We got it so that we could be out of town for long weekends and not have to ask a neighbor to come in and give him water. I'm glad we got it a week or so ahead of time so he has an opportunity to get used to it while we're still here.There was a strong chemical smell in the bottle when it arrived, so I washed it out with warm water and soap. Hopefully, his reluctance to drink from it is due to its strangeness, not to the smell! If I think of it I'll update my review after I see if he finally accepts it.

It seemed great until I came home one day and it had leaked all over a hardwood floor. Maybe I got a bad one but 10 months is not that long of a time to expect such a simply made product to hold up. They also raised the price $10 in 10 months

I like this product very much. My previous one always caused a mess when I tried to fill. This one doesn't...it has a valve that keeps it from spilling. I would have given it a 5 if it didn't fill quite at full....they tend to hit and spill. I fixed that however by setting it on a pad designed for a dish drainer. With this the bowl doesn't scoot around and if spill..or the dribble it soaks it up

It does fill slow, but I don’t have a problem with it. I have a similar product and it is a pain and makes a mess. This one has a screw on cap that makes sure the water only goes in the bowl

This is one of those time saving items everyone who has a pet should own. No more filling up the water dish 4 or more times a day. Fill the bottle up every morning and the dogs are set for the day. Easy to fill and the dish is easy to clean.

Purchased the combo of feeder and waterer. The feeder had issues from the start. The lid was warped and wouldn't fit on the container to help keep food fresh. Bought this for a cat and the food is dry and small yet it gets stuck at the exit hole as it bunches all together. While i haven't had any major issues with the water bowl, the connector did fall off initially but after reconnecting that issue seems to have resolved.

Works well, doesn't leak, means we can take a weekend away and not worry about the water running out for the cats. Perfect!Plus, my cats seem to like that it keeps the water slightly fresher (as in, not sitting out in the open as long).
