It has a clock and also lots of volume options. I also use the meditation sounds when meditating. So soothing. I even bought an extra one to have on hand.

Het apparaat is niet slecht maar er zijn aardig wat verbeterpunten te benoemen: geluiden zijn beperkt, geen brown noise bijvoorbeeld; geen 24-uur tijdsnotatie; adapter onmogelijk te gebruiken en moest m'n telefoon-adapter opofferen; fel licht ondanks de nachtmodus is ingeschakeld. Het grootste pluspunt is dat het eenvoudig te bedienen is s'nachts en ook dankzij het ingebouwde geheugen wordt de laatste setting steeds gebruikt.
