30L too big for me but i have no problem in quality. Bag looks rigid.

Great value
I needed a simple waterproof bag to strap on my bike for a cycle tour, to protect my laptop and electronics. This is perfect, and very cheep, great value. It passed the test in heavy rain. It feels like good durable material. The roll top closing is good and watertight (even air tight! you need to push the air out before you roll it!). The shoulder straps work well to wear it as a back pack for short distances.
