I spent two days looking for a suitable gazebo for my terrace, when I came across this shop, I was worried about its quality because of its price before buying, but through my communication with their support team they dispelled my worries and after my purchase they shipped it quickly for me, 5 days earlier than the expected arrival time.The product was divided into three boxes, each of which was well packed, I took them all apart and began to check the parts against the assembly instructions, there were no missing parts. So I called my wife to assemble with me, they also uploaded installation videos in the store, we watched and assembled, until the frame was assembled without problems, very strong.But the roof panels were a difficult challenge for me, I sent a message to the support team and asked them to talk to me on the phone to help me solve the problem, they used FaceTime to video call me, I told them about the problem I was experiencing, and they solved the problem for me very quickly, it was really great.Here I have a few suggestions1. Please place these accessories neatly in a cool place to find parts when assembling, these parts will become very hot under the sun.2. Please do not tighten all the screws before the frame assembly is completed, otherwise the next part will not be assembled.3. If you find that the two holes are not neat, you can use a screwdriver to adjust them neatlyI bought the chandelier from the store, hung the hook on the top, and also moved my couch and dining table to the gazebo to start preparing for the birthday party a week later.

I love this gazebo. My family and I have enjoyed eating and relaxing under it. It can shelter us from the wind and rain, and protect us from the strong sunshine in the hot summer. I like his double roof design very much. After closing the curtains, we won't feel stuffy at all.It took two people 8 hours to complete the assembly. They had detailed product assembly instructions and video introductions. We checked the quality after receiving the items. The slight bump in the outer packing box may be due to express delivery. The products inside were not damaged. We checked the number of parts one by one according to the instructions without any missing. Each part has a label (similar to a/a1/b/b1), which is easy for us to identify and saves us a lot of time.I'm very happy with this gazebo so far and looking forward to the many years of maintenance-free enjoyment. I will recommend it to others.

This is an awesome gazebo. It was very sturdy and easy to assemble. My husband and I put it together ourselves. It's definitely a two men/women job, but instructions are easy to follow, which helped tremendously. We like how it turned out in our backyard. I'm sure it will be even better after we move the outdoor furniture in. Can't wait to finally enjoy some shade during the sunny summer days.

I did not like that no extra screws some holes did not have it's holding ribbit / nutt for screw.also video not the same as instilling yourself video did not show installing clips on panels.pore design on clips to hold panel. I was forced to leave clips out I will wait for first wind and possible fill with silicone. clips should be made to be installed after panel are in place.I trashed all my clips. I tried to hold them down with Godzilla glue and lo luck. needing better applicationThanks Sig
