OMG! Perfection!
So, it usually takes me a very long time to decide on a purchase. Not this time, I searched “3/4 length sleeve, upper arm shaper” and only made it through a couple of options before I decided on this one. When I make a purchase for anything I rely heavily on customer reviews. I have to thank all the women who posted videos and pics of this item because they informed my choice perfectly. This shaper fits me perfectly on the loosest setting (the shaper comes with 3 rows of bra style clips in the front). It makes my upper arms look amazing! Why did it take me this long to look for a shaper like this?A little about me. I am on a weight loss journey starting at well over 300 pounds. I’ve been overweight my entire adult life. But I got even fatter during the pandemic during which I did a fair amount of stress eating and I had never been close to being 320 pounds. Lest you think I was on Ozempic, I wasn’t. I lost 138 pounds the hard way, through diet (Ketogenic) and exercise. So back to my review as a 65 year old, fat my whole life, pear shaped woman with slender lower extremities, but fatter upper arms and thighs I have a lot of loose skin. I can’t afford weight loss surgery, and need a whole new wardrobe. But what fun is shopping for new clothes when you’ve lost a significant amount of weight but still don’t like the way you look? So, still needing new clothes, I ignored the fact that my arms were so big and flappy. Shopping on Amazon has been so fun. It is easy to find a plethora of clothing that fits my Boho, hippy look. Clothing I would not have worn at 320+ pounds now at 175-180 I will wear! I even bought my first belt! I still have 30-40 pounds to lose, but I am so close to my first goal weight of 165. There are still things I avoid because of my arms, stomach thighs, so it was time to think about shapewear. This shaper is the first item like it I have ever purchased. I’ve definitely bought shapewear for my lower body in the past, when I was in the 250 pound range, but never addressed my arms. I just hid them as best I could. This upper arm shaper is amazing! My upper arms still look fat, but they are held in so nicely, I know I can live with them the way they look with this shaper on. Additionally this shaper is a perfect bra! I lifts my breasts up and separates them instead of creating that dreaded pancake affect that sports bras can give. Because I am wearing this on the last row of clips, I know I will still be able to wear it as I loose weight. It is very well made and I expect it will last well when laundered appropriately in a mesh bag. The material is substantial, yet it is still comfortable. At this point I feel I will wear it all day so I am going to need to buy more! I am buying all 3 colors, and wish there were more. I highly recommend buying your true size. I bought the 2xl and feel that is perfect for my size and shape. I currently weigh 185 and I am 5’3. Body shape comes into play as well. Some women are blessed with a more even weight distribution, maybe a size smaller would work for them, or for a slender woman…but for someone like me, I went with the size suggestion and am overjoyed with the garment. I think this upper arm shaper is a bargain, well worth the money. You won’t regret this purchase!

Compression garment
Is the best item I found in Amazon for compression in my arms without obstructing circulation. Good fit and support and is very stretchy.

Garment is well made
I purchased this shaper for a different purpose. Both of my rotator cuffs are damaged causing shoulder and upper arm pain. I have not found a compression sleeve for my upper arms that stays up. This garment provides the compression I need to support my shoulders and upper arms, and relieve the pain. The cross back support adds to the benefit because it puts my shoulders in a stronger position. I am 5' 1" and 114 pounds and ordered the small size. It feels wonderful on my shoulders and arms but is a bit tight around my torso, but I can comfortably wear it all day. Since I do not want shoulder surgery I plan to use this support as long as possible and am ordering another shaper.

Compression Garment
Bought this to help with arm swelling . Very well made . Somewhat difficult to get on at first. ( I have Rheumatoid arthritis) . Runs small so recommend ordering a size larger. Fits shoulders and breast area . It is comfortable and looks nice under a shirt .great compression on arms.

Super soft and perfect size
I dont know how this item has bad reviews. Its perfect. The fabric and the size, so comfy!!. Wish there was extra small just to try. But i love that I do not even need to wear a bra under. :)I am wearing Small size. And my bra usually is between 34,36 B or C

Does not work for my body type
I did measure my sizes. My arms are a S, bust size is M, chest size S. I decided to go with the M size. Here is the kicker I have to order clothing that is at least an XXL because I need the flexibility to get my arms in and over my head. I have a nervous system disease that affects my entire body. I can no longer wear bras and thought this would work better. Nope it does not. I have notice that if I wear form fitting tops, that my nipples really show. I am now very self-conscious on what I wear for tops. I end up wearing baggy outfits to get by. I just don't know what to try or do next. My nervous system is basic shutting down because of its hyperactive for the last at least 35 years. The straps are what hurts the most when I do try to wear a bra. As for a strapless bra, I can't keep one on. It always fell down. Adhesives I cannot use. I also have to be careful because I will react to anything that is related to latex like spandex. Is there anything I can try?

comfy but not practical
This is a well-made garment, and it is very comfortable. My only challenge with it, as is the case with most bra-type things I buy, is that there is no bust support. The shoulder to bust length is too long for me. I am going to take it to the seamstress and see if I can make it fit better by taking up the shoulder to bust length. I would guess most women are fine with it, but I don't like a lack of bust support. Other than that, it is a good deal. It DOES offer mild-moderate arm compression. That is my .02:)

Soft material and compression good for sensory issues
I bought this one and a different brand at the same time. The material is soft with just the right amount of compression. Doesn't slide around either.
