I love this sleep mask. I can't stand any light while I'm sleeping, not even the light from the clock. I wear sleep mask every night. I've never had one as great as this one. It has the air holes so you don't sweat, it also covers the eyes very well. It covers the sides too which I really like. Sometimes I wake up and my eye mask is off my face. With this one it's not easy for it to fall off while sleeping. It also comes with ear plugs which will come in handy if I lay down for a nap and the kids are being loud or for those overnight trips with the cub scouts. If your looking for an eye mask, I highly recommend this one.
