These are small ones, about 5 inch wide, I needed 8.5, otherwise would of been a good purchase, oh well.

Great replacement

Baskets are worth the price. Feel a little cheap, though, each will probably only last a season or 2 before cracking, but for the price, it's worth it.

Exactly as advertised

I've had to buy these baskets almost every month over and over again because the Chinese plastic is so thin they break when you try to take them out of the strainer. The plastic mesh just crumbles in your hand. My neighbor is having the exact same problem. Very poor quality but do we have any other options? I've tried several sellers and the baskets all seem to be the same. The only good thing I can say is it fits.

They don’t suck and seem bulky

If you get a lot of leaves overnight when you cannot check your skimmer, these always split in several places. However, if emptied frequently, they’re fine for the price.

I ordered these baskets to replace the damaged one for my name brand skimmer. I measured the old one and ordered these and they fit perfectly. Lots of parts available on Amazon but I suggest measure to make sure. I'm happy with these.

I was going through two or three filter baskets a summer. Since buying these, it has been over a month and it still looks brand new. I have an above ground pool that I added a full size pump and filter to. This has so much power if any debris goes into the filter basket, the suction is so strong the basket would crack and warp, sometimes within a day of changing it. I put one of these in and end of cracking and warping. Would highly recommend!!

Fit as described, very sturdy product

perfect fit for my pool and great price.

They are *almost* identical to the original Hayward but slightly smaller and get pulled in over the day and eventually crack. I can’t recommend obviously as the Hayward lasted over a decade.
