RONSEALAMPWM25L Anti Mould Paint White Matt 2.5 Litre

I bought this almost 8 years ago, stored it away (unopened) and belatedly remembered it last summer. As we live in a forested area, our house becomes unpleasantly damp each winter and the wall recesses adjacent to windows frequently develop mould during the winters. I decided to paint these areas and also a bathroom ceiling with 2 coats of the anti-mould paint before autumn began and I complied with the instructions that the product should not be overpainted with anything else. 2 coats were easy to apply, looked clean and fresh and covered previous light tangerine and yellow matt paints in various rooms. To my surprise, the paint genuinely covered the area claimed by the manufacturer, which is unprecedented in my many years of home-maintenance. Most impressively, though, throughout a dismally wet 2024 winter, not a trace of mould appeared on any of the repainted surfaces! The manufacturer claims 6 years' performance, but if this provides a 2nd mould-free year it will have proven worthwhile and I shall probably buy more when re-coating is necessary. So far, this has excelled in all regards.

Product was ok but plastic tin was damaged and leaking. Had to throw it out after use. So only used about ¼ of the tin

Works really well

Great mould paint that works on a ceiling to kill and cover mould in the home. I tried on the landing ceiling before last Christmas and has worked so far with no mould peeping through at all and the paint has great coverage on areas. This will need 2 coats. Excellent value for money and would buy again when needed. The paint needs 2 hours to dry completely. Really happy with product.
