A little see through but nothing a nude bra or undergarment can’t fix unless you’re going for a “sexy nurse” costume not for graduation. It’s a costume so don’t expect amazing material it’s pretty basic. Make sure you size up! Unless again you’re using it as a costume, I tried the small first and it was too tight but it was perfect for cleavage for Halloween ;) I’m the middle one (5’3 -135lbs - size m)

Everybody loved it at the Halloween costume party and was very comfortable. Let me say this… I normally wear a medium and had to send it back twice. I ended up with an XL and it fit.

I was kinda scared to buy this dress for nursing school pinning.. but it actually is really cute, it fits really good so I would recommend getting your usual size.. the material is pretty thick so it’s not see through. I’m 5’8 so this dress was a little bit short, but not too terrible.. the stockings were short, they kept sliding down.. so that was one issue.. but other than that this was a really comfortable dress and perfect for nursing school pinning.

I used this for my Halloween costume in 2024 and the fit was very odd. It was tight on top, big in the middle and tight at the bottom. I got a medium and I’m 5’6” and 160 for reference. Quality is kinda cheap but not a big deal

If you’re blessed with curves, don’t even bother. Lol. Material is non stretch. Size chart is useless. I’m 5’2”, 161 pounds (mostly highs, bottom, and bust). Went by the size chart and pictures of other reviews and thought medium should do fine (being the size I actually wear). Nope, too small, exchanged for a large and still too small. Couldn’t get the last 2 buttons to touch.
