Hard to find strength
I have looked for this strength at several drug and and big box stores. With all of the other meds I take, I do not like to take more than one vitamin pill at a time. Glad I found this strength.

I love this stuff!
It really helps your hair grow and makes your nails grow much faster! The pills are a bit large so a little harder to swallow. Pretty tasteless for the most part, wouldn’t recommend chewing tho.
