Amazinggggg
My four roommates and I love love love this low-carb, high-protein pasta substitute! Honestly, every time we are having it for dinner we talk about how mind-blowing it is that what we are eating is that fricken good AND super healthy. We buy the 12 packs (almost) weekly at this point because of the rate we go through boxes! It's easy, quick, absolutely delicious, and relatively cheap for a bunch of college students! 10/10 recommend.

Not like eating spaghetti
I cooked the black bean spaghetti and the flavor is ok, but the texture is off. Not like eating spaghetti.

These may be the best tasting organic & gluten free pasta I’ve tried
Surprisingly delicious organic bean pasta! These may be the best tasting organic & gluten free pasta I’ve tried. A lot of times gluten free pasta tends to taste like cardboard, but these bean noodles have a good texture and a neutral flavor. Low in carbs and very high in protein & fiber. My favorite is the edamame fettuccine, which tastes great with pesto sauce. I highly recommend these organic & gluten free bean pasta noodles!

The edamame pasta is a little wonky in terms of texture and all three taste pretty rubbery. Great way to sneak a little vegan protein into your diet though.

Je t'adore
They're good. Let me start off by saying that. I don't do wheat pasta anymore due to a yeast intolerance (there's a huge difference between having Celiac's disease and having a yeast allergy, but most assume wheat gluten is the culprit)!Texture: smooth, chewy, takes a minute to eat because of all the yummy fiber and protein!! Which also means you're fuller sooner and your blood sugar doesn't spike!!Taste: light, bean-y (don't know how else to describe it)Cooking time: longer than the box suggests.Remember, these are beans and legumes. You can't simply toss them in until they're limp, drain, and eat WITHOUT encountering a lot of gas and bloat. I've been vegan for 10 years, and I actually had to 'give up' beans/legumes because digestion over time was not pleasant. Therefore, I let these simmer for about 40 mins. Toss some vegan butter spread (or whatever you prefer), salt, cumin, sprinkles of cayenne, and you've got a delicious batch of noodles that will last you a while.Pros:high proteinhigh fiberlow glycemic levelleaves you feeling full for hoursgreat textureeasy clean-upno yeast!! :-)Cons:longer cooking time

I am very pleased with my purchase of this bean pasta
I am very pleased with my purchase of this bean pasta. I love that it is low carb and high protein. The texture and taste are not an exact match for regular pasta, but it does taste good. The product arrived in a timely manner and it was very well packaged. Thanks!

I was hopeful that I would love these pastas as we can no longer eat wheat or other flour. These taste just o.k. to us. The texture is funny and the taste is unusual--not bad, but not something I want to eat again.

Delicious with mild taste and great texture
I used to get the Edamame Fettuccine from Explore Asian but they changed their recipe and the quality and taste were not the same. Then I discovered Gold Harbor and it is awesome! The taste is very mild so you can use it just like regular pasta and the consistency and texture is fabulous. I will be a very loyal customer to this brand!!
