Super effective for hair growth. Also seeing positive impact on my nail growth. Gummies are very easy to consume & I carry them everywhere I travel! Using for 2 months now and totally love them!

This 60 pack of gummies comes in a nice looking & easy to read container. Each gummy is individually wrapped in an easy to tear open packaging. The gummies are not super sticky. The flavor is not too bad unlike some that you almost gag on. Nothing I would call a candy, but the flavor is fine. I have not noticed any after taste & they don't stick to my teeth. There are a small amount of sugars in these, .38G per gummy. The biotin B7 has 10,000 mcg per gummy. Due to how slow hair & nail growth can be, it is hard for me to say if these are really helping or not. I have not noticed any ill effects. At 1 gummy a day, this is a 2 month supply. These are recently manufactured & the expiration date is well into the future, so not concerns there.

These are ok. I haven't noticed any difference while taking them. Some of them have a strong irony taste to them. Not bad for the most part and the taste isn't too bad unless you get one that has the strong iron taste. They come individually wrapped which is nice.

I guess the jury's still out, but I've been taking these for about a month now. (Only a few left) I have no idea what made my hair start falling out in the first place (age, stress, diet, all of the above?) but it's been coming out at an alarming rate for the last few years and the doctor can find nothing wrong with me. I'm willing to try anything! These have a very pleasant grape flavor, are easy to chew (although I don't love gummies in general), and they don't upset my stomach. I travel a lot so was very happy about them being individually wrapped; not sure how I missed that before purchase, but it's really nice! Although it could be wishful thinking, I feel like maybe (!) the drop rate has slowed. I'm optimistic enough that I'm willing to buy another month to see what happens - and sometimes, that in itself is as good as an endorsement as you can hope to get!
