Wish I bought this years ago. Could be heavier (I got the 24lbs one).
I don't know why I waited so long to buy a weighted blanket.I wake up in the middle of the night feeling anxious; racing heart, fast breathing, sweaty. But mind totally blank. While I still wake up in the middle of the night, this blanket seems to help alleviate many of those symptoms.It's so comforting, it feels strangely safe. How can a blanket make you feel safe? I guess that's the magic part.Because the weight is from beads sewn into pockets throughout the blanket, it does not feel particularly warm, the way a heavy quilt or comforter would be.I bought the 24lbs one (I'm 5'8, 175, athletic build), and honestly I wish they came in a heavier option. It's tempting to buy another to layer on top.

Beautiful, soft and yummy
I ordered this for daughter and I’m so happy with it! It’s a beautiful lavender, super soft and very comforting. She loves it! Now, I want one for myself!
