I bought this to cook bacon in the oven because I hate cooking it on the stove and making a mess and this works amazing. I would buy two though. If you plan on cooking more than six pieces of bacon at a time. is stainless so it cleans up very easy. I would definitely recommend this product.

I have struggled to fry bacon my entire married life of almost 50 years. This pan has been a bacon frying life changer for me. The bacon strips lay on the screen perfectly and don’t lose their shape. The grease drips to the bottom. It’s easy to clean the grease with a paper towel then wash with hot soapy water. Viola! Amazing! Looking brand new each time after repeatedly frying bacon perfectly each time.

Loved the size. Gets deformed a bit on regular use, but no big deal. Heat it up with the oven for best results!

This Joyfair Baking Sheet with Gird Rack Set(16 x 12 Inch) is a mixed blessing. The air fry mesh (grid rack) appears to be made of good and food safe 18-8 austenitic nonmagnetic stainless steel, looks like 18% chromium and 8%% nickel. But the baking pan (drip pan) is made of cheap 18-0 stainless steel that is magnetic and can corrode, although it has some resistance to corrosion due to its 18% chromium content. Chromium forms a protective oxide layer on the surface of the stainless steel, which helps inhibit corrosion.The absence of nickel in 18-0 stainless steel may make the drip pan more susceptible to certain types of corrosion compared to stainless steels with higher nickel content. In particular, it may be more prone to corrosion in harsh environments or when exposed to certain corrosive substances.For applications in food safe environment where higher corrosion resistance is crucial, stainless steel grades with more nickel content, such as 18-8 (which contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel), may be preferred.Unfortunately, I was not able to find any 18-8 air fry sets on Amazon, so this purchase is an unwelcomed compromise.Bookmark this review as I will keep it updated in the coming months.
