It's a great changeup from Liquid IV
The first time I tried this, it seemed inadequate. There is noticeably less powder in their packets than LIV, but it is actually more than enough to flavor a 16.9 ounce bottled water. After about 10 packets into it, you realize that 'hey.... this is actually pretty tasty'. I really only like lemon-lime flavored LIV, but even the lemon-lime LIV gets old after a couple months or so. You need to change it up with a different brand. I always order this one and it gets my taste switched over and by the time I've gone thru this bag, I'm ready for the liquid IV again. So for that reason, I give this 5 stars. It's a changeup to LIV, and I've found that if I change it up back and forth I enjoy the flavors more.

The best
We live in Georgia, where it has been well over 100° for most of the summer. These have literally been a matter of health for my husband who uses these during the heat of the summer and they help him so much.

I usually buy a different brand but wanted to try something else and chose this. I love it. Tastes really good. Mixes well. Will buy again for sure.
