Poor quality
Very cheap, need two people to install or tape it all together because nothing locks into place, it relies on being attached to wall and ceiling to brace itself together. If you have normal to shorter ceiling this will not work because the ceiling post is 2ft and not adjustable.

Works for me
When I was reading the reviews for this item it got a really bad wrap. I need a new D-Shape for Freestanding Tub the old one in my apartment was rusted and falling apart from how long it had been there. It also did not fit my tub correctly. The install process was alot easier than what I thought it would be. I had more trouble taking down the old one because the wall mounts had been pated over and the screws were slightly stripped. Once I finally got the placement of the new Rod I could see that it would give me more usable space in my tub (the old one was too small) and it gave my bathroom a slightly new and refreshed feeling. It has inspired me to do some more updates around my bathroom. I will admit that it may not be as sturdy as maybe steal or whatever but hay you get what you pay for and I like it better than what my landlord was trying to do.

Came quick did the trick
Made my honey do day. Hung the heaviest white thick plastic 360 curtain on it (16lbs) and it’s stronger than it would appear. I did add a second hanger by the shower head, cause I had the shower head riser extension and it was supported on the shower curtain rod.

Waste of money
Do bother buying this. I don’t write reviews very often, but I wanted to share how horrible this product is. The rod fits into a circular wall mount that holds the rod in place with wishful thinking. It won’t support a shower curtain, it just pops out of the wall mount. I tried for weeks to keep it in place and just gave up. The ring connector for the side pieces broke on both sides, had to order new ones. It’s cheap scrap metal, do t buy it.

Ceiling height and ceiling rod size
Liked the price , and the ease to put together. Didn't like that it need 2 people to install correctly and didn't like the choices of the ceiling rod sizes 24 inch way to long and 6 inch to short. I cut and threaded my hanging rod for 12 inch which made it hang at the right height for stand size shower curtains. Wish that the 2 back bar holders for the shower rod had set screws too!! Otherwise am pleased with the product.
