Dinner plates will not fit.
I purchased this based on the good name that Samsung have. The problem was my dinner plates did not fit in the Lowe shelf as the rotator hit the plate and it got stuck. For small to medium plater it's fine but dinner plates will not work.

Installation big challenge.
On time supply. Working fine. Installation was a challenge as no one answered the calls. And we hv to spend extra money for installation.

Not up to the expectations
The dishwasher is made with some cheap materials and it is much worse than our previous model. You can tell by the feel and touch that the elements are cheap and will break soon. Very often the tablet will stay stuck in the compartment and wouldn't fall down, so you'll have to check it every time and manually drop it if necessary. Generally a big disappointment from a brand I highly respect and like.
