Great watch and customer support!
My daughter wanted a smartwatch and I wasn’t willing to get an Apple Watch for her. After doing some research and reading the Amazon reviews for several smart watches, her and I picked out this watch. My husband, who was skeptical of buying a non-Apple product, was very surprised by the quality of this product. More importantly, my daughter was thrilled and loved her watch. So many features, easy to use and great quality. So when the band broke a week later, she was devastated and I was disappointed too. I reached out to customer support that was available. Less than 48 hours later, with minimal back and forth emails (I just had to send a picture and my order #), Belle from customer support had shipped a new band. I honestly was doubtful any help would be given except an option to buy a replacement band. I was wrong! They sent a new band and my daughter and I are thrilled! So if you are looking for an inexpensive, quality watch with great customer support, this is the one!

Just got the watch today, but overall good impression. Previous Fitbit owner.
My Fitbit Charge 5 suddenly died and of course it is just out of warranty and a Charge 6 replacement is 4x the cost of this fitness watch. I have been seeing other watches advertised that measure BP and I thought I would try this one out for that reason, plus the reasonable price for the other tracking I use: steps, HR, sleep. I did try the BP measurement and I have not been able to compare it to my cuffed Omron. Off hand it seems a little low in the measurement, but if consistent in difference with the Omron, that would be fine with me. For the price, it seems like a good buy. I was using my Fitbit mainly as a watch and this is actually a better watch than the Fitbit because of the larger screen and this has a button to briefly turn it on, unlike the Fitbit (Charge 6 apparently has re-added the screen button; the tapping of the screen on the Charge 5 did not always work, sometimes I had to tap multiple times.) The use of the touch screen seems more intuitive than the Fitbit. The only issue I had a little trouble with is the setting up of the blue-tooth connection. The app was just not clear about what I was supposed to do, i.e. which "device" was I supposed to click? There was no notification from my iPhone about connecting. Somehow I managed to get it connected then everything went smoothly with setting up the mobile app. I can see that it may be helpful to get a screen protector, but the reviews were really mixed for the two offerings. The Fitbit band is definitely easier to get on and off, but this band appears to be silicon which I prefer. At this point I do not have a feeling about its durability nor overall accuracy for the various measurements. I did test SPO2 and that was comparable to my finger O2 device. For people not familiar with fitness trackers their advantage to me is that as a goal orientated person, I do exercise more by seeing my results. I am just now noticing that there is nothing like the Active Minutes of exercise that Fitbit has. That stat is helpful to know (my doctor asks me every time I visit) and I will miss that to some extent.

Very affordable and good looking fitness tracker
I bought this for my wife. She needs to monitor her blood pressure due to hypertension. Tshi fitness tracker is very easy to use. The screen is large and beautiful. Blood pressure, heartbeat, and SpO2 measurement are more than reasonably good. The battery last more than a week. The case seems to be made of plastic and may look cheap but it is very lightweight. Considering the price, I have nothing to complain about. The only downside would be the phone app. It has basic functions but nothing more. But it has good enough functions to track blood pressure, etc. Again, considering the price, I have nothing to complain about. My wife like it. Good purchase after all.

Does NOT Work
I was so excited to try this and after reading reviews I thought this product would meet my needs. Unfortunately I received a very unreliable product that seems to just guess at what its supposed to be measuring. The blood pressure is about 8 to 10 points off of my blood pressure cuff. The sleep counter is incredibly inaccurate one night after a good night's sleep saying I got under 4 hours, another night where I tossed and turned for hours and got maybe 3 hours, it said I slept for 9! Often I find myself waking up in the morning and before I'm out of bed, it says I have 75 steps in. Today was the last straw when after an hour at the grocery store walking up and down aisles, it said I got in 19 steps during my whole trip. I Want to return it but unfortunately my dog got to the box!Waste of money, do NOT buy.

Good News / Bad News
LIKES: this watch is feature rich! It is attractive, AND inexpensive! It is so much fun to play with, I am keeping it, even though it does not deliver sufficiently on the critical features that moved me to buy it!DISLIKES/DISAPPOINTMENTS : If this watch delivered on expectations set in the product description, I would give it 10 Stars if possible! However, Blood Pressure: very inaccurate, Pulse/OXY: I need to press watch against my wrist in order to get a reasonably accurate reading. Also, the reading does not stabilize, i.e.: it reaches the correct reading, then begins to fall to a low and inaccurate reading. Reading does not stabilize. Heart related tracking of blood pressure, pulse highs and lows, pulse/oxy... are not accurate and reliable! Weather: does not track with local temp and conditions. It is not reflecting/picking up on weather reported on my phone. The weather reporting is not a big deal to me, the health monitoring, however, is a big deal! The maker of this watch should state in their product description: This is a Sports Watch, NOT a Medical Grade Device! You should not rely on this device for Medically reliable data!
