Women's Rococo Ball Gown Gothic Victorian Dress Costume Navy Blue Flower

Great quality, made with nice heavy cotton and fully lined. True to size measurements, I did size up just in case. I went with the XXL I’m 5’9 and weigh.. that’s rude, actually. I weigh more than I should okay 😅 anyway, fits great! The dress hits right above my ankle (scandalous) with a petticoat (purchased separately) Zipper closure on the side, lace is soft, and really comfortable to wear. Wore to a royal tea party. Nothing cheap about it, great great quality - totally worth it.

This is a beautiful dress. Far exceeds my expectations. All areas fit well, and with a hoop skirt the length is perfect!

Good sirs and gentle ladies, I must declare my delight in this most comely gown, procured for an evening’s entertainment at the playhouse, where the tale of Hamilton was to be told. The fabric is of fine quality, and the workmanship shows great care, with detail most pleasing to the eye. Know ye, I did find it prudent to order a larger size than first intended, as my bosom required greater allowance. Yet once this adjustment was made, the fit was most agreeable. Truly, I could not be more content with this garment. It lent me both grace and confidence as I took my seat amongst the company. A most excellent purchase, worthy of commendation!

the size me fit me pretty good, as someone who’s bustier and have a bit more of a wider hip area (approx 190-200lbs), I was worried the size of the dress would be too small, however I did upsize as I’m usually a L/XL but I decided to order XXL and it fit good around the stomach/hip area, and there was even room in the chest area to make modifications. You’ll definitely need a petticoat if you’re around 4’11-5’3 (I’m 5’2) because it is a bit longer (which is good, again if you need a petticoat). The only eh, is that the arm areas are a bit tight, but nothing incredibly unbearable, and that the clothes do smell like factory fabric. Overall though for the price, how quick it came, and how it looked I was impressed and I would, if I ever wanted/needed to, order again (I’d I can edit this post I’ll add a pic)

The fabric was more of a linen and has a beautiful drape! I paired it with a french-styled hoop skirt (like Marie Antoinette) and it looked amazing! It also has a liner! So thankful!! I got so many complements! The satin front did snag easily but overall, it was fabulous! Iron it on a linen setting. The fit was very comfortable and true to size!

Update: 10/31/2019 - I have never been so pleased with a purchase! Fits as expected, the color is so rich. I’ve already picked my dress for next year 😂. ********************* I am so in love with this dress. I knew it would be beautiful from the pictures posted by the other customers but not this gorgeous. I purchased xxl because of my bust size and my waistline but I’m only 5’1. I should have done custom or maybe just a large or xl and then take it in. I’m going to try it on after my petticoat arrives and see if I can keep or send back for a smaller size. “Updated” I ordered a large this time and it fits perfect 👌🏾 I can’t be more pleased!

This was an absolute perfect fit beautifully hand created it really looks very authentic and it was nicely wrapped and delivered within a day or two this is going to not only be perfect for my Halloween party but it’ll be perfect when I actually physically go to Versailles in France to the big ball room that’s going on there in June of next year it’s really going to be a winner. Also alongside of it I got the hoop and I got the double paned here as well which you definitely need to make the shape of the dress along with the Marie Antoinette wig. It makes me feel so ladylike just putting it on and the sleeves are really pretty believe it or not it just accentuates the dress even more and the colors are really rich.
