I've used EVLution's Vitamode vitamins for a year or so and the description of NiteLean grabbed my attention. I don't have the best sleep habits and have used stand alone melatonin as needed, so the NiteLean formula offered sleep/recovery benefits plus some potential to help with appetite control. I haven't lost significant weight but I also haven't really been trying (not reducing calories or increasing calorie burn). I can say that NiteLean really helps me secure a solid night's sleep and I always wake up feeling very refreshed. I don't use a lot of supplements but this one is going to remain in frequent use because it doesn't cost much and really seems to work.

I’m embarrassed to say I tried Ozempic for about a month and it did very little for me. Decided to give this a try and it didn’t work right away as I didn’t expect it to, but some may expect immediate results but after maybe 2 weeks I noticed a difference in my appetite and energy, but also my cravings. I did however notice sleep improvement right away. I figured out to take it early because if I take it right before bed time I tend to wake up kind of groggy and have a hard time waking up so take it about an hour before bed this helps with my early wake ups when I work out. i am very happy with NiteLean. I have been having difficulties sleeping lately, so i tried this product to help with cravings and sleeplessness. It has been working great. Almost done with my 1st bottle and have had great results. I don't have problems swallowing pills so I can't comment on this other than to say they are about the same size as the average supplement or pain reliever capsule. Noticable difference in my cravings (or the lack of cravings) and quality sleep. I still find myself waking up on some days early ( but my hormones are all over the place). Even on the shorter nights, it is a very deep, uninterrupted sleep. I have not experienced any ill side effects.

I am really satisfied with this product. I have a hard time losing a few pounds because I am going through menopause, but with Nitelean I was able to lose 4 pounds in just three weeks. I can also sleep peacefully every night after taking one capsule before bed, which is why I recommend it.

Started my weightloss journey on May 17th. Started taking NiteLean on May 23rd.36 days from May 17th I lost 20 pounds.I have been doing a lot of cardio, some weight lifting and using a treadmill calorie calculator. It will give you a more accurate calorie burn than the actual treadmill. Heavier people burn more calories. On average I've been working out about every other day with the exception of about 6 days when I had a cold. Find what workouts you enjoy and try to plug them into a calculator so you know exactly how much youre burning. As much as I love lifting weights, it's not as exact when calculating calories burned so I just do some if I have time.I've always been a chronic night eater and these have definitely helped with after bed cravings. I have been calorie counting and have been able to have a few cheat days. Portion control is key. I also use meal replacement shakes when I've splurged on a previous meal.I must say that you SHOULD follow the instructions and take one pill, however, I have been taking 2. I know my body and I'm just one of those people that has a super high tolerance to things.I haven't had any negative side effects at all.One side note that has helped me mentally is using my most powerful emotions to fuel me. If you're doing it for your kids, have something small that reminds you of them close by when you work out. I swear it helps you push harder. If you're mad because your insurance company won't cover ozempic for you but your doc tells you you're morbidly obese and even though you've had severe mental health problems and physical effects and you can't even pay your mortgage which means you SO cannot dish out 1200 for ozempic and you're going to have to lose weight the hard way and you're livid, use that anger to push yourself. If you want to make someone jealous because they've hurt you, USE IT. Scream in your head, "F#@& (insert name here)!" when ever you want to quit. Remember everyone who ever called you fat, anyone who ever rejected you, your ex-husband who told you he wasn't attracted to you anymore because of your weight, every step you take will be on their face and words... figuratively.Best of luck to you.

Nitelean is definitely a product that does what it says it does. It provides a sleep aide of sorts, while also providing an overnight burn. It's interesting because I feel after effects in the morning that aren't usual and had me hesitant at first, but not it's just part of the repertoire.

Ok so no I have not lost weight which is unfortunate, I am even more bloated now because I have been taking these with the fire bullets for 2 1/2 weeks and I’m back up and irregular now….. HOWEVER these out you to sleep sleep. So if you are like me and have trouble sleeping, THESE will do it for you…. Yes you will wake up groggy and mouth dry dry but I finally slept so not sure if it’s good or not

I take one of these nitely and they work so well however I ran out and until I could get some more my sleep was not good at all. May be a little addictive but they work.
