After researching iron supplements, I chose this Iron plus Vitamin C supplement for my wife and I to take. It gives us 65 mg of iron and 250 mg of Vitamin C per tablet. Easily absorbed

I was clinically tested and found anemic. I must take iron as an Rx for the rest of my life. I am instructed to take B vitamins with Folic Acid to support he as healthy red blood cells. My iron deficiency was so acute I was suffering from Angina like symptoms. I cannot take regular iron due to pain in the stomach and duodenum.I like the convenience of having two supplements in one pill.

I don't know what is going on. I have been taking this for 3 months and I am still anemic. they ship fine are the charcoal color so you can see your taking. It could be another of my medication canceling it. I take about 3o medications so who knows? No bad taste and go down easily.

I am a plant based eater. Last year after blood tests, my doctor advised I was anemic. This one works well for me, however I have found I need to take the pill after I eat because I ultimately have pain in my stomach if I take it on an empty stomach.

OK. Not the prettiest headline, BUT if you've ever suffered from regular iron tablets that have upset your stomach *for hours*...this is really an important, wonderful benefit. I am taking this supplement because my iron levels were very low and my energy simply was not there. These have helped and they are very easy to take. Thank you for this great product!

These are the best Iron I have taken. No stomach issues, no G.I. problems. Felt the difference in just 2 days!I will take these full strength for a week and then cut them in half for a daily dose. Highly recommend!!!!

I will buy again but I dispute what I read in some reviews prior to buying, that it would not result in constipation as such pills are known to do. Do your self a favor and take Senokot, Miralax, whatever works for you in conjunction from the start so you don't have to find out the hard way (pun intended).
