Exceptional design, durability (6 months at time of writing), audio quality, materials and comfort for the price. In all my years of buying wired earbuds, nothing has ever come close to ticking all the boxes. The buds don't feel cheap and are weighted with magnets that stick together for convenient storage. They are also designed asymmetrically so that you can tell the right from the left in the dark and there is only one way you can use them; the right way! The wire has a nice rubbery feel and is resistant to tangling. I've only briefly tested the volume buttons which seem to work on android and I haven't used the mic. Have i had earbuds of better audio quality? Only once and ever so slightly which was the Sennheiser MX375 and they are worse in every other aspect. In fact, since the updated design from the MX365, they are physically painful to use and created sores in my ears. I would buy these instead every single time. Just remember to regularly clean with rubbing alcohol and a toothbrush as the build up of ear wax can actually affect the left/right balance and audio quality overtime.

Wow! I absolutely love these headphones. These are my favourite wired headphones to use. They are extra handy if you normally use Bluetooth headphones and have run out of charge on them. The colour is exactly like the picture which I adore. They are super comfortable and fit into your ears nicely. The customer service is truly outstanding and impeccable. I've been using the headphones a while for several months however one day they just stopped playing sound out of them. I contacted customer service and explained the issued. As the product is under warranty they were extremely accommodating and very quick to send me a replacement. Such a smooth, easy and quick process. It is truly wonderful when a company follows through with their warranty and doesn't make things difficult. The offer of extended warranty is also totally unexpected and massively appreciated. Honestly recommend these headphones and company. Very reliable and quality is great.

I didn't believe the reviews here but thought the earphones were priced reasonably enough to take a gamble on.Over the decades I've had a variety of in-earphones from brands such as Sony, Sennheiser, Panasonic and even Bose. I've listened to rock, jazz and classical music through them and I must say I've been really impressed by the rich sound quality. The bass, midrange, and high frequency tones are all well-balanced.They seem to be made of good quality materials and built to last - time will tell!Also the surround sound effect is incredible with the twin speakers on each earphone.Like other reviews here, the fit is not perfect, I think they could do with being a little smaller in size but I personally find that they stay reasonably secure without the silicon covers and put in then gently twisted up at a slight angle a little. And they will definitely be a little uncomfortable to wear for extended periods.I would like to point out that the description is misleading - there are no spare extra pairs of soft earbud covers. And although the sound is excellent, these are certainly not noise isolating earphones and you will hear all other noises around as I noticed when listening to music whilst walking alongside a busy road!For the asking price these are definitely worth a try!

These earphones offer outstanding sound quality and are made with excellent materials. The customer service is also top-notch, backed by an 18-month warranty. After 9 months of consistent use, the left earpiece suddenly stopped working, with no visible damage. I contacted the company, and their team were incredibly helpful, kind, and understanding. They promptly sent me a free replacement, which arrived in just a few days. I highly recommend these earphones ,they're absolutely worth the price!

To big for my ears and hurt after a while but sound quality excellent

As described, delivered very promptly. One week in and the sound is good and the product appears quite robust.

They do the job well enough, the sound is decent, better than the free earphones we used to get with mobile phones.They do tend to fall out pretty easily but they provide you with attachable rubber things that prevent that from happening however they can get uncomfortable after 30 minutes or so.I particularly like that the back of the earpieces are magnetic to prevent clanging together and even tangling. That's a nice touch.
