Why did you pick this product vs others?: The product looks Good. But the size selection chart provided with advertisement doesn’t confirm to supplied product. Hence please supply Universal size or Size M .

The item looks good but the sizeguide is only to misguide us.According to the size guide I bought size S for my wife but it is too tight for her.Her blood flow stopped and the leg got red spots.I requested as well as argued with customer care representative to exchange the next size but in vain.My money got wasted.
