The media could not be loaded.  The machine remains the same temperature during the operation, the thermal sublimation works very well, and the size fit well! Adjust the pressure knob to the appropriate pressure, hold the handle and press down, press the buckle can be opened easily. I like the machine because it is very easy to use, highly recommended!

The only drawback on this machine is that there are no options for adjusting the settings. The presets work great, thankfully, but I would prefer to be able to adjust things if necessary. Also, the temperature settings are in Celsius not Fahrenheit. The pros outweigh the cons by far. Beginning with the very first press, everything I've made has come out perfectly, no ghosting, no discolorations, just beautiful results each and every time. And it's large enough to fit the 15 oz coffee cups without any problems.

The design of this mug press machine is nice and fashionable! It looks like a treasure chest . The product color is much prettier than the photo, and the materials are matte and looks very cool. And it is so easy to use, perfect for beginners, and the printing is gorgeous.

I use it, but not a whole lot and the heating element is already seperating, should have bought the extended warranty on this.

The media could not be loaded.  This machine is very easy to use, this is my second time buying this brand, the last one I bought was smaller and for small size mugs. This upgrade one is more convenient and functionable. The accessories are useful, and the specification sheet is very detailed to show how to make mugs and tumblers.

The machine color is very special, the coloring performance is great, the thermal sublimation effect is good too, I have tried various sizes of mugs, for the large mug like 15oz, need to adjust the pressure knob above, then you can easily fit in the machine.

This mug press fits 11oz - 15oz mugs, however I did manage to go a bit larger & sublimated a16oz Frosted Glass Can and the end resilt was perfect.(Please NOTE: If using a larger size, keep in mind that the mug press will not clamp shut, just hold down the handle to provide that extra pressure, works great! )I like the fact that the Giraffe Mug Press is light weight, dosn't take up much space and is very portable.Sleek Aesthetics: The sleek design adds a touch of elegance to my workspace. It’s a real eye-catcher. It's light weight but sturdy, portable and you can take out with you if needed.Easy Setup: Setting up the Mug Press was easy. Just plug it set your time and temp, insert your mug, turn black knob to adjust the pressure. Clear instructions, and I was up and running in minutes.Great Value: I purchased the Giraffe Mug Press product when it was discounted to $93.00, making it a great option at this price point as it provided me a Mug Heat press that was affordable, and gave me the opportunity to test out sublimating a variety of mugs before investing in a more expensive model.Cons:Limited Color Options: I wish there were more color choices available. However, the existing options are still attractive.More Selection: I also would like to see a wider selection & Sizes of heat presses to choose from.Slight Odor: The Mug Press dose have a slight odor while heating up and sublimating, it's not too intense and is not a deal-breaker, but worth mentioning, after a bit of research it sounds like this is normal especially when it's new so I would suggest working in a well ventalated area and have a fan going.Overall Impression:The Giraffe Mug Press Machine is a fantastic addition to my setup. I love the mint green color! It strikes the perfect balance between style and functionality. I think that this mug press is great for a beginner to sublimation or if your just starting out & looking to create your own small business, this machine is a great starting point. I highly recoommend

Worked only once and now no longer heats up. It turns on but never heats.

Very easy to use. Works well on 11 and 15 ounce mugs.
