Q: How high must the trailer receiver be in order to set the dolly under it? Looks like it's up pretty high.

A recommended minimum 25" from ground to coupler for the mounting process. The trailer will rest at 21" once connected.

Q: Is this product electric or uses manual forc?

This is a manual dolly of very high quality. Should work well on concrete slab. Comes with 2" and 2 5/16" ball speciffically for use with this unit. Probably will work with one person with light trailers. Heavy trailers may need a good boost to get them rolling. Tire must be inflated to 30 PSI.

Q: Too tall! Making any that are shorter? Like 18inches? Can this be modified to do so?

I should work when properly installed even at an angle.
