Our original backseat dog cover was lacking in quality - very thin and dirt didn't come off as easily as advertised. After a few trips to the beach, I thought, enough is enough. Our brand new 2017 model was getting so filthy! I finally decided to invest a little more money in a better quality backseat cover for our outdoor adventures.Right out of the bag, it already felt much better than our original one. It's thicker and feels very durable. I especially like the nonslip bottom because it keeps the cover from sliding around. The 'stoppers' that you push into the crease of the car seat also keep the cover in place. We don't have a large dog, just a 19 pound Pembroke Welsh Corgi, so it's very roomy. The seatbelt/harness included also feels very high quality. Our dog loves the mesh window - he's able to enjoy AC and see us even while riding in the back. Because he's a smaller dog, we always put up the cover like a hammock. He has fallen asleep in the hammock-y part near the mesh ever since we started using this cover.I only wish the sides come with hooks or something. We aren't able to hook it to anything in our backseat, but at least we can zip it up. It has helped keep the door and window clear with any dog art. Poor guy, we are stumping his creativity!Highly recommend this product. We are thrilled with our purchase!

The dog seat cover fit perfectly in our FJ Cruiser and it will also fit in our Tacoma back seat. This is perfect to protect the back seat and keep your pet where they should be. Currently we have a labradoodle puppy, and this was perfect for him. The back and front flaps are strapped to the front and rear seat headrests providing simple and secure mounting points. The sides zip with large sturdy zippers creating a complete safe enclosed for the pet. For us this keeps the puppy from getting down or falling down in the floor. Perfect for those unexpected sudden stops. I would highly recommend this to anyone with a young puppy, small dog or even a large dog. It has many configurations that if nothing else provides excellent seat protection. Buy this product. No I'm not paid for this review.

Fits just shy of perfect in my 2017 Ridgeline! I got this primarily to keep the puppy Mastiff from falling into the floorboard. In a few months he will need to be on the floor with the seats up so quality wasn't really an issue though this is very well made for the price! The puppy can see fine through the screen. It seems very comfortable for him though it is a bit slippery when he walks close to the front seats. Install was a breeze.Pros: Fits very well on the seats Comfortable Screen for dog to see through and me to see the dogCons- Could be a touch wider Slippery for a puppy in places Zippers may become an issue with long term use (plastic) Not waterproof - accidents soak right in (but it will be easy to wash and did not go through to the seats)

This is so handy and I can rest assured that 1) my dog won't scratch up the seats 2) she won't get in the front seat and 3) she won't fall off the seat into the floor well. They thought of extras like a pouch to store a leash, holes to pull the lapbelt through (so you can attach a harness to keep your dog safer in an accident) and adjustable straps everywhere to keep it in place. The only thing that might make it better is velcro straps on the sides, because the zippers are difficult to open and close. I personally have the zippers closed on the passenger side, and the just use the ceiling strap on the driver's side because that's faster to open and close. I wasn't even expecting most of these features when I purchased it, especially given the low price, so I was very pleased when I installed it.

Overall, I like this seat cover. It fits well in my Grand Cherokee, covers the seat and is large enough that my dog can still put his head out the window without straining the cover. The material is nice and thick. I haven't washed it yet, but it looks like it could go right it the washing machine when it needs to. Unfortunately, one of the zippers broke the very first time I used it, before I even put my dog in the car. It will still zip up and down, but the teeth aren't together so it leaves a gap. I will still use it, because it still serves its major purpose of protecting the seat itself, but I'm pretty bummed about the zipper.

After doing a lot of research I purchased this for the backseat of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have a 2017 Trail Hawk edition, for size reference and I feel it fits my backseat extremely well. I wanted something that had the side flap, not to protect my door/window but to allow my dog to jump up into the car without scratching the side of the seat or tearing the rubber door lining with her nails. I was also looking for a seat cover that was easy to install and remove, and also had a mesh section to allow air to flow back there in the hot summer months. I can confidently say that after having this product for several months I am extremely pleased! My dog doesn't move around much when she is riding in the car, so I haven't be able to give it a true test but for us it doesn't slip around when installed and it is very well made!

I bought this doggie seat cover back in 2017. It's has lasted thru 3 dogs of various sizes. My most recent 60 lb red heeler loves the hammock style and settles down quickly. I'd buy another one for our other vehicle but it's not sold on Amazon anymore. So I just switch the seat cover when I need too.I just throw it in the washer and dryer and hair comes off easily.

I have multiple hammock style seat covers for my dogs. This is by far the best one yet. I have an elderly bichon that would slip off the sides of the seats and with the sides of this one zipped up he is much more secure. I also have a mini poodle that gets a little stressed when she can't see me and now with the mesh panel she can see me the entire time. I have already recommended this product to my friends
