Agates of Lake Superior Playing Cards (Nature's Wild Cards)

My major complaint with these cards are that there is not a different specimen for each of the 13 categories of agate shown. Another words, you get the same rock for all the 10s, not like in this picture where it looks like they are different. I had hoped to see 4 different ones of each type. The picture needs to be changed as it is extremely misleading. Just as I said for the rock cards, the quality won't last like a Bicycle card will.

The Lynch's "Agates of Lake Superior Playing Cards" are cool. They show and identify 13 beautifully photographed agate types. These photos and hundreds more can be found in the excellent and very affordable book "Agates of Lake Superior - Stunning Varieties and How They Are Formed".

A stocking stuffer for a geo major. She loved them and friends wanted to know where to get them. Lovely bright pictures high quality.

I love agates, so I was thrilled to find these playing cards. The picture quality is awesome. This would be a great gift for rock hounds.

Agates are so beautiful. These cards show you examples of the different ones out there. They are almost too pretty to play with!

While the pictures are nice and colorful, the cards are very flimsy and paper like. Don't recommend at all. Was very disappointed in the quality. Too flimsy to actually play use.
