I don't know if it actually works, I believe so.. but I'm leaving 3 stars because the taste is really really bad. I read the comments and didn't believe it was SO bad. I'm thinking how I'll manage to keep taking it on the next days 🥲 by itself it's unbearable... Hopefully at least I'll see good results!

I just started this supplement so I can’t say it’s done anything for my hair or nails. I don’t know how long I’m going to take this supplement due to the god awful taste. You have to mix it with something to over power the taste. I added it to my home made ginger, lemon, orange juice and I could still smell the overly sweet scent of maple…..and it made my stomach hurt from the smell along. I have high hopes that it would help my hair growth journey in the future but I have to find something to mix it with…..

I think the maple flavor is disgusting but I had my boyfriend try it and he liked it! Even though I think it’s gross I choke it down and my hair has been growing incredibly quick. My goal is to grow out a pixie cut as fast as I can! And this product is helping. Be aware that there are small chunks in this. It’s kind of a grainy texture which caught me off guard but I swallow it quick and wash it down with water! Lol

This product is wonderful. Some people say the taste is bad but I actually like the taste. Everyone is different when it comes to taste buds. It stops shredding for sure and the hair is really soft and full. I saw hair growth in just a couple of weeks of using it. I have been taking it for 2 months now and my hair has grown a lot. I love it and will continue to take it. The results are worth the so call bad taste many are complaining about.

The reviews ain’t lying about the taste and texture. It’s overly sweetened to compensate for the taste of sin in your mouth if eaten straight out the packet. HOWEVER, if you mix it into a protein shake it tastes great and takes away the awful aftertaste from the protein shake. Works like a charm for the hair!! If you can mix your way through the taste it’s worth the reward!

This is my first Mary Ruth's product and I'm so disappointed in the taste. It tastes very similar to the glucose drink you need to take for testing. It has that same thick consistency and sour and sweet mix with grittiness. It's just overall bad. I keep reading their raspberry and peach mango flavor is a lot better, so I'm looking forward to getting that flavor after. I ordered this product in 2024, and have yet to finish them. They're that bad. I am going to suck it up and finish the product because I paid for it and there's no way to return them. I've tried mixing it in a shot of water to pass it down quickly and also consuming it straight from the pouch. Unfortunately, since I have not been able to finish them before and taken it consistently I do not know if they work or not.
