This is a very useful and well made little item that fits your std. camp gas cartridges no problem.Hugely increases stove stability especially on grass or with heavier pans.I would not be without this now.

I have the firemaple X1 and if you have any of these or a similar stove that perhaps doesn't come with the stand this is well worth the purchase. It helps to stabilise the stove if your not on completely flat ground.

This is quite a good gadget to sit your gas cylinder on which cylinder fits to a gas cooker.It's on stand bye for any emergency.Good service. Recommended.

Really gives the gas bottle a stable base.

The plastic feels like it will break everytime it’s unfolded.It is flimsy and not secure.When it’s folded away the legs aren’t secured… so the legs flap around on the unstable hinges.You have to wrap it with something like a bag or an elastic band to prevent the legs opening out.(If they opened out in your bag, they would easily snap off and be unusable.)When it’s opened out the little clips that hold them open are a weak point and will likely break rapidly.They catch every time when fixing the stand and are too small to last long.The process of attaching the stand to the base lf the canister is extremely awkward.I’ve seen multiple Fire Maple products on Amazon before.This is my first Fire Maple product and it will be the last.I’m NOT impressed with the quality (and it’s not worth it for the sale price) but at least £7.19 is not a huge loss.

I used this on a backpacking trip in the Appalachian mountains this weekend. It easily attached to the bottom of a JetBoil fuel canister, and kept everything stable and upright while cooking. It easily folds up, and fit into the Firemaple bag.

I grabbed this stand to partner with my Fire-Maple G3 600ml Petrel pot. I had hoped it would fit inside the pot for easier storage but unfortunately it is just ever so slightly too big to fit. Not the end of the world but would’ve been nice.
