Quick, easy and healthy recipes in a beautifully designed cookbook!
If you are searching for a NEW Vegan Cookbook - look no further! Each healthy recipe is accompanied with a beautiful photograph. It's fun just to page through the visuals! This book is PERFECT for Vegans, Vegetarians or even Carnivores (!) - who want to explore new ways to incorporate healthy eating! The recipes ask for simple, affordable ingredients and most dishes take about 30 minutes or less to prepare. There is a ton of educational information in the back of the book as well for all the folks that are still learning about transitioning to a vegan-based diet. Oh, by the way, the burrito bowl is fabulous!

Affordable, easy to execute, tasty: lives up to the hype
super impressed with this cookbook: easy to follow along, easy to take inspiration and modify from, and lives up to the hype in terms of affordable and tasty dishes and easy to execute recipes. not every recipe will necessarily be a "new idea" to you, but a great reminder of dishes you can make with what you have on hand as well, and different takes on standards you may already have in your repertoire. i rarely leave reviews, but this is a great resource, and i'm glad to have purchased.

Somewhat easy recipes
I have been using this for a few weeks now, and the recipes are relatively easy. Some recipes have odd ingredients that I wouldn't necessarily consider frugal in my area, but it is quite easy to sub most ingredients you don't have. I thought there would be a few more quick-to-make recipes in here but most of them take around an hour, which is fine but sometimes gets to be a bit much. There are good tips for new vegans and vegans building their pantry. Overall, we like it.

Love it.
I've been on off vegan for near a decade. Work full time and dislike crazy/exotic/expensive ingredients and recipes that take days to make. This book is great for a vegan that wants to take it "easy" and still eat something good. If you're a vegan, we all know it's some work no matter what. There are options out there for vegans now that weren't there even a decade ago. And it's easy to substitute. Don't want soy tofu? Use soy free tofu.. or make it yourself. Don't have whatever type of oil, use a different one. The book does call for quite a few recipes that involve tofu. There are simple recipes and even some that take some time. It's great. I personally love butternut squash and was hoping for more of it, but that's ok. I use spaghetti squash for the carb party noodles and it works great. You can find the ingrediants in most grocery stores, not just big city ones. Not obsessively healthy vegan recipes. Comfort ones for sure. And that's my style and what I was looking for. Hence the five stars. ☺

Simple, repeatable recipes that make you feel like an awesome chef! Good for picky eaters too (:
I really really liked this book. My partner and I eat plant based for the majority of our diet, and this book gives us some really great easy, quick recipes. (She is a super picky eater, so the food has to look appealing, and not feel "too healthy", this author does a great job of providing just that.I think something at really separates this books from the dozens of other vegan cookbooks I own, is that the shopping list the author gives you really is so forgiving, and allows you to shop accordingly without becoming broke or overwhelmed. There are a variety of different substitutions offered, and the photos are simple, bright, beautiful, and encouraging.

BEST cook book ever!!
When it comes to cooking, most of the times I'm pretty lost, but I can easily follow these recipes and they are delicious! So far I've made four of the recipes and they came out perfectly fine. I'm LOVING this book! I rarely leave reviews but I had to leave one for this book because it's helped me SO much. (Before this I was having a period of eating ramen and rice almost daily, having no idea what to cook during the quarantine, so... I'm extremely thankful I got this book). I LOVE the creamy pumpkin pasta; I added some extra seasonings and it's now my favorite pasta ever. I HIGHLY recommend this book not only if you're vegan, but if you want to start eating healthier and have no idea how to go about it. The recipes are super easy to follow.

Mediocre Cookbook for Beginners
Not the best vegan cookbook granted everything is easy to make and is low cost some of the recipes are not very imaginative. It is definitely geared towards beginners, the good is the stroganoff, the pumpkin pasta, and the desserts are all good. There is sauce recipes and those are good too but otherwise it's a 2.5 star cookbook I spent a half hour making bbq chickpea sliders and it was terrible. In the end the vegan for everybody cookbook is the way to go over 200 recipes in depth and amazing technique for great food and shopping/cooking guide.

Best cookbook ever. You can actually use all the recipes
I first got this book from the public library. After one week I bought it for myself. The recipes do not contain all kinds of crazy gourmet ingredients. You can get everything from the local grocery. The recipes are also easy to cook and unlike most cookbooks, I use almost all of the recipes. I'm not even vegan. Also, the foods are real food, not a bunch of processed, artificial stuff like you get in most vegan food. The only thing I would change in the book is too always use a stick mixer instead of a food processor or blender.

Easy to follow recipes.
The recipes are good. However, it would have been a better bound book, if it had a spiral binding. The first purchased book had to be returned.
