I fell in love with this pillow during my stay at a Disney resort. I checked the info on the tag and couldn’t wait to purchase 2 of them. I like a soft pillow and used to only use down, but they frequently went flat. Not with this pillow! It’s dreamy soft, yet retains its shape and I’m sleeping like a baby now! I highly recommend this pillow, it’s one of my best purchases ever.

We just got back from vacation. Those pillows were wonderful and soft there. This one was kind of soft. Was expensive. I don’t hate it. I’m keeping it. it’s flat. I’ve tested it. My husband has tested it. I bought two the same day. The other is fuller and more firm. Don’t love it either. Not what we slept on at the hotel. So I continue my search and am awaiting 2 more other styles/brands to test yet again. I would love to find those hotel pillows.

Quite frankly disappointed. :( I really hate to have to say that, but these pillows are definitely not cheap, so it's extra disappointing. I actually purchased two of these pillows, after using them at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort, and convinced my son to buy one. They were so comfortable to use while we were there (fluffy, but not too fat or hard), that I got the info off of the tag and decided that it would be worth the splurge when I got home. The first pillow has a weird kind separation in the filling, right out of the package, that causes a slight divot and is noticeably thinner than the second one. They don't seem to be the same quality or thickness of the ones at the Grand Floridian and they go flat very quickly. I have started to have a stiff neck from the lack of support, but will have to stick it out a little longer since they were a splurge, and I'll have to start the hunt for a good replacement. I have put them on air fluff/no heat in the dryer a few times now to plump them up, and it works, but it does not last. If you like a thin pillow or don't mind air fluffing them frequently, then these might be your pillows. Sadly, they just aren't mine. The hunt continues...

Slept on these two weeks at wdw Beach Club resort. Not one headache and no neck pain when I woke up. I’m a side sleeper and these turned out to be just as outstanding at home. Put my $300 down pillows away for guests if they want. These are not only fantastic, but also shipped so fast I hardly had time to miss them at Disney.

I have a bed full of these pillows by far the best you can buy if you are not a billionaire.
