Recieved 5 pairs in various colours. They function well, keeping sound out. Can get a little itchy and after a while, but it's not the product, but the lack of airflow. Sound blocking is decent, don't expect active noise cancellation level performance, but the same as if you plug your ears with your fingers. A weird phenomenon I've noticed is that I can hear myself breathing which doesn't happen with active noise cancellation headphones. Again, this i just because the ears are plugged. The stems are a bit long and may rub on your pillow causing a scratching sound. I believe they can simply be cut short with scissors. From my personal experience, may not be a perfect solution to help you sleep (as you can hear yourself breathing) but definitely worth a try. Would definitely be useful when you want to tune out from your spouse or in laws 😉

I would say the quality is good and it would be helpful for swimming but not as a full noise cancellation devise. It uncomfortable if you where it for more than 1 hour. The ear stem is too long and its popping out. I literally had to cut the ear stem. My ear hurts badly if I where it for too long. You can certainly go for it if you just want it for meditation. I would rather prefer cotton to this as it is more comfortable and reduces noise significantly unless you place it too deep and get it stuck in your ear.

Good quality

These are good quality. Have used them before as well. They work well. They are silicone (not sure why seller named them silica gel?). Quick Tip: Moisten the tip of the earplug slightly before inserting in ear to get a better seal and soundproofing. The earplugs come with 5 clear cases, one for each pair of earplugs.
